This is a standard pauper ramp deck deck I've been toying with since Khans and Singing Bell Strike was released. Singing Bell Strike + a creature that taps for 7+ is infinite mana. Voyaging Satyr + Market Festivals is that creature

While going infinite is the dream of the deck, finite ramp is probably good enough. So even though Singing Bell Strike is the deck's inspiration, it may be the least important for the deck's functioning. Also while it is typical to ramp into fatties I'm focusing on ramping into card draw. With enough mana and cards, anything is possible, even in standard pauper. =)

Note: most of the Singing Bell Strike will probably be used as removal. That's okay.
