Features mostly burn spells, Chandra's Phoenix and 12 cards that can scry to burn your opponents and manipulate your deck to create the best possible advantage. Finisher includes Chandra, Pyromaster ultimate into Warleader's Helix. This deck runs similar to a control deck but primarily with burns.

A lot of what is mainboarded are not dead drops i.e. all can either burn player or burn either player or creatures, no creature specific burn in mainboard. I included 10 creature permanent as a consistent source of damage making this deck more resilient against any lifegain than my former 4 creature variant and gives my deck staying power especially when being treated like a control deck.

Main Deck

Creatures

Chandra's Phoenix - the only creature in your deck so this card is particularly important because it will potentially direct any damage dealing spells your opponent might utilize away from yourself. Keeps coming back to regularly smack opponent and can be easily used to chump block.

Boros Reckoner - helps vs aggro heavy attacks, forces opponents to reconsider attacking and allows my deck to catch up to control the game. Also provides aggression when needed, it fills many functions between being a 3/3 for 3 mana and its trigger.

Stormbreath Dragon - this is primarily a late game option, especially when running 22 landed. Allows my deck to find a way to compete late game if unable to finish opponent off fast enough.

Spells

Chandra, Pyromaster - in addition to the 12 scry cards, this card helps tie the deck together by letting you to sift through your deck faster, in hopes to burn your opponent faster or you can pursue its ultimate ability to try to finish opponent with a triple Warleader's Helix.

Warleader's Helix - the star burn spell of the whole deck, at 4 mana, not only do you get to deal 4 damage either burning your opponent heavily. In deck primarily for Chandra, Pyromaster ultimate ability, can be used in cases where you need to lifegain to prolong the game and/or remove a creature that has higher toughness.

Magma Jet - burn that scry for 2 which is extremely powerful in trying to stack your deck for the next two turns.

Skullcrack - primary use is to control any lifegain that might arise, this is to be held until you are able to finish off opponent or to prevent any lifegain. The more lifegain you prevent, the easier it becomes to win the game.

Boros Charm - Can be used to deal 4 damage to player or it can also indestruct what few permanents you do have primarily Chandra, Pyromancer if need be or a Mountain with an enchanted Chained to the Rocks.

Chained to the Rocks - creature removal for those situations where you can't simply burn it off the board, great vs big creatures where it is hard to burn down.

Shock and Lightning Strike - basic burn spells, but important because its helps control early to mid game and can also be used to burn down opponent when needed.
