Sideboard

Rielle, the Everwise and Song of Creation allow you to get tons of value off of each spell you cast. Win by casting Thassa's Oracle from your graveyard with Underworld Breach. If you need, you can sacrifice Emergence Zone to flash Thassa's Oracle out. Growth Spiral, Opt, and Thirst for Meaning all help you dig through your deck quickly. Wilderness Reclamation with Song of Creation almost makes a Prophet of Kruphix effect with how much value it generates. Fae of Wishes can fetch important pieces from the sideboard however, it feels a little bad because it means I can't run four Song of Creations and Underworld Breaches in the mainboard. Storm's Wrath and Mystical Dispute help keep your opponents from blowing you out too quickly.

Aether Gust can help against Green or Gruul aggro. Fry is good against planeswalker decks, specifically Narset, Parter of Veils because it completely stops what we are trying to do. Thassa's Intervention goes in when we need to disrupt our opponent even more. The rest of the sideboard is to fetch with Fae of Wishes.

I still think that the deck needs some form of card draw that can be played from the graveyard such as Glimpse of Freedom, Radical Idea, or Chemister's Insight. Glimpse of Freedom is nice because we don't need to discard anything and trigger Rielle, the Everwise before our end step, but the escape cost of three is a little too high for just one card. Radical Idea is nice but the rate of two mana to loot is a little awkward without Rielle, the Everwise or Song of Creation. Chemister's Insight is nice but the four-drop slot is already a little full. Search for meaning still feels good because if you cast it on your opponent's turn, Rielle, the Everwise will trigger on their turn and you will get the discard trigger without wasting your end step trigger from Song of Creation.

Upvotes and suggestions are appreciated! If the deck works well enough in playtesting I'll buy it on Arena or MTGO and see how it goes against real decks.
