I wanted an elf deck so i played around with standard elves for the past few months and made many changes. I made it as budget as possible. Alot of the standard elf decks you find on the internet are fairly similar as of the limited elfs in standard. So here is my deck.

I have played a few tournements with the deck changing over and over again it has done prety well.

I NEED HELP Fixing the mana problem, sometimes i dont get good hands. Of course there is no way to get perfect hands all the time but is there a way to increase better hands and draws? with my deck? Thanks.
