After seeing this ridiculous starfish during my research into potential commanders I just knew I had to build him and I knew it was going to be a meme, but the "how" had been elusive. I wanted to showcase his ability and settled on using pingers to force regenerations regardless of what opponents are doing. I found a handful of options that enable forced regenerations, but since the number of options is so small there was no way to really make the little guys the main theme of the deck. Now its kind of a just a standard mono-U stax deck that can make a bunch of starfish for no reason, but I don't believe a reason is needed to make a bunch of starfish.
