Stay Devoted to Blue![POST-ROTATION]

Standard Competitive Devotion Mono-Blue

Sideboard

Creature (1)

Enchantment (3)

A post rotation Mono-blue idea I've seen with a few modifications. Chasm Skulker and Master of Waves are the primary win conditions of the deck. You have Bident of Thassa and Dictate of Kruphix to help pump up Chasm Skulker, they also give you that nice two devotion for Master of Waves. AEtherspouts, Voyage's End, and Wall of Frost to help against aggro decks and keep alive early to mid game. Voyage's End, Omenspeaker, and Temple of Enlightenment allow you to get the scry you need so you can hit land drops. Hall of Triumph to help pump up your field. Water Servant is actually a Scion of Glaciers. They just haven't updated with the new spoils yet. He is in here simply because I cannot seem to find a better spot for those last two cards. He's an elemental, he has a nice ability, provides two devotion, and Master of Waves can pump him.

Sideboard:2x AEtherspouts to handle a heavy aggro.3x Banishing Light I put in Temple of Enlightenment in the main board not only for the scry, but for this as well. To hell with going up against a Mistcutter Hydra with mono-blue.4x Negate against other control decks.2x Thassa's Rebuff Solid counter in certain conditions if you feel you need a little more control late game.1x Wall of Frost For aggro decks.3x Whelming Wave Good board reset.

Key Combos:AEtherspouts + Bident of Thassa Field is gone Chasm Skulker + Dictate of Kruphix + Bident of Thassa to get him big and mean. Master of Waves + Hall of Triumph + devotion. Big fat elementals.Thassa, God of the Sea + Scion of Glaciers = unblockable fat hit.
