Jeskai Burn, attempting to abuse the card drawing engine of Steam Augury + Treasure Cruise + Dig Through Time
Riddle of Lightning takes advantage of the high CMC of Cruise+Dig.
Dictate allows a game to be quickly put away by flashing in on the end step, and in combination with Deflecting Palm can do 4x incoming damage.
The core burn package features your usual suspects: Jeskai Charm, Lightning Strike, Magma Jet, and Stoke the Flames.
The deck goes "all-in" on the burn plan game one, with the option to sideboard into a more controlling gameplan.
Often a Dictate + a Riddle is enough to end a game on it's own, and two riddles in hand with a Cruise or Dig on top can is also game over (Riddle on end step, Riddle on upkeep before drawing the Cruise/Dig for 18 damage).
Sometimes the deck needs to play control for a while, burning creatures off the board, and firing of a Riddle and Palm here and there until you can reach a critical mass of card advantage via Steam/Cruise/Dig or close the game with a Dictate.
More often then not the proper thing is to just burn the opponent out as fast as possible.
The big issue for this deck is of course Siege Rhino so you have Disdainful Strokes and Mindswipe in the sideboard to stop them from hitting play.
