U/R control deck. Really cheap fast cards and card draw. All of the Instants and sorcery spells power my win conditions. I use really cheap efficient counter spells that do not target creatures. The idea is that I can counter non creature spells and instants without wasting my turn by keeping mana open and if my opponent summons a creature I can burn it.

Steam Augury helps me make Spellheart powerful by discarding instants and sorcerys and gives me card advantage. Its price can also be reduced by Goblin Electromancer. Finally it also triggers Nivix Cyclops, like all my other instant and sorcery cards.

The deck is very synergistic and can really control the game. The mana seems perfectly fixed. Nivix Cyclops is my main win condition with Spellheart as a mid- late game win condition.
