I call this deck "stoner blade" because in the art of Stoneforge Mystic it looks like she just smoked.

I'm trying to build a more competitive legacy deck, and recently I have ran into some more expensive cards. And I'm hoping to build a nice UW Stone Blade, for the upcoming legacy tourney in my town. I currently have 3 Stoneforge Mystic , and 1 Vendilion Clique , which are the main money cards in the deck. I'm not really looking to invest thousands in this deck with Tundra or Flooded Strand , or any other fetches, because I think the deck will operate similarly without them. I am also not willing to invest in more Vendilion Clique due to their price. I have 1 Snapcaster Mage currently and looking to trade for more. I also am totally willing to trade for umezawa's jitter and Batterskull and the sword of my choice (most likely Sword of Fire and Ice to my deck), but otherwise I'm not looking to drop any more than 20 dollars on a card. I know Jace, the Mind Sculptor is pretty necessary in this deck, and I am looking to trade for some currently but everyone wants to hang onto theirs for obvious reasons.

I am really looking for budget options that are strong enough to add to my deck that are consistent. I am not looking for massive changes.

Force of Will is out of the picture due to its cost which I think is a little too high for the effect it will have on my deck.

I also don't know what the hell to put into my sideboard just because I haven't been playing legacy recently and I'm not well versed in the meta game anymore as I used to be.

The reason I have Marsh Flats in there is because thats the only fetch I currently own.
