The way the deck works is Invisible Stalker + Whispering Madness this will allow us to make our opponet discard their hand and draw new cards. This will trigger Liliana's Caress to do 2 damage per card. Now if the opponet has at least 5 cards in hand and we can get 2 Liliana's Caress in play and attack with our Invisible Stalker + Whispering Madness combo. we will deal 20 damage and win.

I added Jace's Archivist to back up my Invisible Stalker + Whispering Madness combo.

To remove Threats i added Vapor Snag Void Snare and Cyclonic Rift to bounce cards back to their hands then make them discard them.

Fog Bank + Silent Arbiter is in here to stop creature heavy or token decks

Waste Not will help if we can't get Liliana's Caress . Waste Not will give us card draw, mana or a army of token zombies.

I would like help for a side board. after testing this deck it goes good against creature heavy decks but not so good against control.
