Hello, and welcome to the Azorius Sentate! This deck features "Grand Arbiter Augustin IV" as the commander, which makes all blue/white spells cheaper, while increasing the costs of ALL spells for the opponent(s)!

While this effect is quite powerful, I have added a number of cards with similar effects, to further lock-down the board. This deck is filled with cards similar to a "Death and Taxes" deck, which increase overall costs of enemy spells.

This EDH deck also features:- Counterspells- Wrath Effects (Boardwipes)- Removal

As you can see, this decks is very control-focused, with most of the cards non-creature spells. To play this deck effectively, you must prevent the opponent from being able to successfully keep a board state, whether that's by preventing him/her from playing cards, or simply not allowing them to attack!

• card:Statis Statis allows you to may a mana each turn to keep all tapped permanents tapped. (This includes your own!) This card can be switched in if you desire its affect, or find that another enchantment would make this deck function better.

• Inkmoth Nexus Mutavault Reliquary Tower "Man-lands" could improve your deck if you find them useful. As nice as they are, I'm currently not running them due their prices.

Reliquary Tower is pretty great, with the ability to have an unlimited hand size. If you're going to run it though, be careful about how large your hand size is if the opponent can destroy it!

There is a ton of other lands that could work in this deck. Just because they're not listed doesn't mean they're not as good as these!
