The strategy with this deck is to play Quest for the Goblin Lord, drop tons of Goblins with cards like Mogg War Marshall and Krenko's Command, and also drop artifacts like Ichor Wellspring and Panic Spellbomb then use Kuldotha Rebirth for even TONS more goblins! Lot's of fun stuff packed in here as well but this deck can get pretty nasty pretty fast with the right setup and it can deal a lot of damage.

The name of this deck comes from the day I was stuck walking outside in the rain, and the backpack I was wearing got so soaked that some water seeped through my bag and damaged a couple decks. A large number of Goblin cards were pretty damaged and the deck was out of commission for a while, but now that I have sleeves I play with the damaged cards just fine, hence the name.
