Basically you win with this deck by living the dream. Here is an ideal game structure.

Turn 1: Land. Pass.
Turn 2: Karoo Land. Pass.
Turn 3: Invisible Stalker. Land. Pass
Turn 4: Tap karoo and land. Hidden Strings , target both lands. Cipher onto Invisible Stalker. 1 mana floating. Transmute Muddle the Mixture into a combo peice. Play Strionic Resonator/Mesmeric Orb. Attack with Invisible Stalker. Cipher Trigger. Untap Karoo and a Land. Play Strionic Resonator/Mesmeric Orb (Whichever you didn't play earlier). Pass.
Turn 5: Attack with Invisible Stalker. Cipher Trigger. Tap Karoo. Use mana to activate Strionic. Copy cipher trigger. Use the new copy to untap Karoo and Strionic Resonator. Mesmeric Orb triggers. Mill some. Original Cipher trigger still on the stack, copy it again. Repeat until you completely mill yourself out with Mesmeric orb. Narcomoeba triggers. Flashback Dread Return: Target Laboratory Maniac. Flashback Think Twice. Win the game. Pass.

Memory's Journey is mainboard for those cases where someone Surgical Extractions you right in the middle of your combo. Of course, you combo in response until you find it, and flash it back for the low, low price of G.

While this deck could be considered "Magical Christmas land", it's way more consistent than you might think. With all of your combo pieces being CMC 2, Muddle the Mixture does tons of work.
