I love lifegain effects, and while I love to use Orzhov for that kind of thing due to it draining everyone's life, I wanted to dip into making a mono-colored deck (technically Esper, but still). I initially wanted to modify the Esper commander deck to do this, it wasn't working out as white ended up dominating it, so I may leave that for another day with another theme (maybe artifacts with Sydri as commander?).

I'm using Oloro as commander due to constant lifegain, and I would never have a need to play him. The goal is really to see how much life I can get. It's not even necessarily to win, just to have fun, hence why cards like Felidar Sovereign and Test of Endurance are absent. Still, there are ways to have really high damage creatures or make a ton of them. Any comments and criticism are appreciated.

Update (01/31/2022) - This deck is currently under revision after several years of being away from Magic. I'd still like to keep it as a gimmicky lifegain deck, but there have been a lot of cards that have came out in the past 7 years that I think I can tweak this deck with.
