Budget take on Sultai Dredge/Reanimator.

Creatures:

Elvish Mystic - Mana dork, accelerate to get Sidisi out on turn 3.

Rattleclaw Mystic - Another mana dork and budget replacement for Sylvan Caryatid.

Satyr Wayfinder - Graveyard enabler. Helps you find lands. Would probably want this or Commune with the Gods in your opening hand.

Nyx Weaver - Graveyard enabler every turn. Gets cards back from graveyard.

Sidisi, Brood Tyrant - Graveyard enabler. Generates tokens. Feeds whip.

Hornet Queen - Prime target for Whip. Great board advantage and flies over everything.

Soul of Innistrad - Great utility. Works if it gets milled also. Can get creatures back from graveyard to replay.

Sagu Mauler - Finisher, gets through chump blockers. Hard to remove.

Spells:

Commune with the Gods - Great for getting whip and fill your yard.

Murderous Cut - Excellent removal for one Black usually.

Whip of Erebos - Best card in deck. Gives you lifelink and reanimate any creature.
