No Landdestruction - super friends Control Highlander/EDH

The reason i dont play any landdestruction in here is my playgroup dont like it. (I know it is really good in super friends - Deck)

I plan to create a sideboard for this deck so i can easy change it from Highlander to Commander. I am kinde new to Commander so i love to get some advices. For the beginning i add all cards banned in Highlander and allowed in Commander to my Mayboard. That are all cards i plan to play.

And OFC i need a Commander .... maybe Queen ? any better Commanders out there ?

So Far i plan to board out/in the follewd cards - depending of the format i play.

For EDH:
