Basically, I wanted to make use of Narset Transcendent, and thought now is the right time. There are no creatures in the deck, so her + ability only whiffs on land.

Chandra, Flamecaller is useful for all 3 of her abilities. Two of my win cons are creature oriented without being creature cards, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, and Starfield of Nyx. Everything else is removal and/or enchantments.

The main win con is Sphinx's Tutelage which is triggered with things like Oath of Jace of which a second copy needs to fit in, Treasure Cruise and Chandra, Flamecaller's 0 ability. The 0 ability works with the cruise as well, since you discard your hand.
