Surrak likes dragons, and dinos are basically dragons that don't fly, right? I don't know, maybe. Anyway, this deck plays a lot of utility creatures, a lot of oversized-for-the-price creatures and a handful of toys to make all of it work better. Pretty soon, you have a reasonable army out and you drop Surrak to make them all trample and SMASH!
