Updated version of a budget deck I found on YouTube, with several changes making it my original thing based around the other one. The main goal is just "get a metric truckload of 1/1 tokens and swing for game".

I feel like it could be a bit better, though I really have no idea how, so any suggestions would be nice, other than the obvious "you should have 4 copies of Evolving Wilds, not 2". I only had 2 at the time I put it together. Also, I'd like to keep it relatively budget, and most importantly I want to try to stick to Kaladesh through Hour of Devastation as much as possible, since I don't want to have to be concerned about paying large amounts of money when things cycle out.
