Sygg, River Cutthroat Commander/EDH, still need to take out a few cards, but the deck isn't the most expensive I've ever made. Lot's of focus on counter, control, and keeping your opponents offguard. The deck also has plenty of ways to make sure that you're opponents are taking damage every turn, while ensuring that your hand is always filled with spells. Thanks for the comments; I've removed the hybrid mana spells that didn't fit.
