All-in Jeskai Combo deck featuring Saheeli Rai.

This deck looks to win the game through infinite combos resulting in either decking the opponent out with Altar of the Brood; or creating an absurd amount of Haste Felidar Guardian tokens. This deck is capable of wins on Turn 3 and will usually go off by turn 5 realistically. {R}{W}{U} Jeskai colors enable for lots of draw and protection for combo assembly as well as provide meaningful responses for an opponents game plane to survive long enough to win the game.

The Combos: Show

• Altar of the Brood + Liquimetal Coating + Saheeli Rai

How the combo works is when Altar of the Brood is in play use Liquimetal Coating/Liquimetal Torque to turn Saheeli Rai into an artifact. Saheeli is then able to use her -2 ability to target HERSELF the new Saheeli copy will trigger Altar of the Brood causing the opponent to mill a card; The Saheeli token is already an artifact in addition to being a planswalker so she is free to -2 repeatedly untill the opponent has no more cards.

• Altar of the Brood + Felidar Guardian + Felidar Guardian

How the combo works is when Altar of the Brood is in play with Felidar Guardian you can then play another Felidar Guardian exiling the original Felidar Guardian to then repeatedly target each other for infinite Altar of the Brood triggers.

• Felidar Guardian + Saheeli Rai

How the combo works is Felidar Guardian enters the battlefield exiling Saheeli Rai. Saheeli is then able to use her -2 ability to create a token copy of Felidar Guardian. The new Felidar Guardian token enters the battlefield with haste and exiles Saheeli again enabling her to once again use her -2 on Felidar.... rinse and repeat until enough 1/4 cat beasts with haste to end the game.

Other Card Choices: Show

• Abrade: Instant speed removal that only gets better with Liquimetal Torque/Liquimetal Coating.

• Fire / Ice: Nice utility card; at its worse it replaces itself and at its best it can buy you a turn.

• Lightning Bolt: Still a decent removal spell in Modern.

• Manamorphose: Its a "free" spell, draws a card and can help with color fixing... If this gets banned ill probably try running Consider.

• Opt: Filter/draw instant speed just nice to dig for combo pieces.

• Path to Exile: This is in the mainboard over Prismatic Ending because of its instant speed removal for high priority creature removal to survive long enough to execute a winning combo... I personally just have more or a aggro/prowess meta in mind.

• Remand: Nice early tempo gain with draw and oftentimes better than hard countering simply because it helps draw into full combo faster.

• Expressive Iteration: A really good means of card advantage and deck filtering; I did not understand how good the card was until I started using it. If it gets banned ill probably consider using Faithful Mending.

• Rip Apart: Similar but different than Abrade; this is in here because Leyline Binding is annoying as well as having synergy with Liquimetal Torque/Liquimetal Coating.

Sideboard: Show

• Cleansing Wildfire: Destroy troublesome lands like Inkmoth Nexus or Tron lands; while drawing a card to help combo.

• Felidar Guardian: Increase and or change win condition ratios.

• Pact of Negation: This deck tends to tap out to win and this is for playing through countermagic.

• Prismatic Ending: Catch-all removal; helps add mana variance for Chalice of the Void.

• Smelt: add mana variance for Chalice of the Void.

• Spell Pierce: This is for staving off hand disruption like Thoughtseize.

• Hallowed Moonlight: Good to bring in against creature cheat strategies; also replaces itself to help get combo pieces.
