Table of Less Budgeted Terror (Modern MTG Deck)

This is more of a (budget) dream list for me. I don't have hundreds to shell out for Liliana of the Veil and Ensnaring Bridge and if did i wouldn't be spending it on Magic.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION!

Nothing is quite as fun as the complete annihilation of your opponent's hopes and dreams, that's why I play 8-rack.

There are three categories the cards get divided into: (can't figure out the formatting so this will do and some cards are in multiple categories)

Discard: these are the cards that empty the opponent's hand. These cards are: Raven's Crime, Blackmail , Augur of Skulls, (doubles as a regenerating blocker!) Funeral Charm, Wrench Mind, and Smallpox.
Racks: these are the cards that bring the pain. These are: Shrieking Affliction and the deck's namesake; The Rack.
Removal: Since I'm not running many creatures, I need to make sure my opponent can't keep any down. Removal is provided by: Funeral Charm, Abrupt Decay, Smallpox, and Victim of Night (my personal favorite!)
