Trying to build this for my local meta. The meta is full of Twin, Bogles and Dredge. The goal is to chain Time Walk effects and take a bunch of turns while drawing cards to take even more turns. You win by ulting Jace Beleren multiple times at their face, or hitting them ten times with Inkmoth Nexus. Help is greatly appreciated.

Card Rundown:

  • Dictate of Kruphix- Cheap efficient card draw... with flash.

  • Echoing Truth- Great tempo, helps you survive through the first few turns before you go of. Can get you though a annoying flyer or a Leyline of Sanctity game one.

  • Elixir of Immortality- Good against burn, can get you to go infinite. Super cheap.

  • Flooded Strand - For the splash and deck thinning.

  • Gigadrowse - Tempo, can stop counters, and stave off lethal attacks, and can time walk them if you manage to brick.

  • Hallowed Fountain- For the splash.

  • Howling Mine- The best repeatable cheap draw spell. If you are the only one with turns, it becomes amazing card advantage, and very one sided. Would have four, nut it does not have flash, and I have Jace Beleren and Narset Transcendent to draw more.

  • Inkmoth Nexus- Another win con. It wins in only 10 turns, and can block if you need it.

  • Jace Beleren- A win con and and a Howling Mine. It makes the deck work. Only 2 because multiples are nonbos.

  • Mikokoro, Center of the Sea- Cheap card draw on a land. Only one because of legend rule.

  • Narset Transcendent- REBOUND. The minus 2 is ridiculous, doubling your turns. If you are missing your walk effect, tick her up and probably draw a card. Remember, no creatures in this deck. Would like more than 2, but she costs a lot of mana.

  • Remand- The best tempo card in modern. A play-set is an auto-include.

  • Serum Visions- Cheap card selection, and a good turn one play. Can set you up for a good curve and next couple of turns. Play-set.

  • Temporal Mastery- if you get it out early, it can set you up to be ahead for the rest of the game. If is in your opening hand, it is like a mulligan to 6, but it is so good with the miracle, a full 4 copies is necessary.

  • Time Warp- The classic. It is only five, and can be easily chained. Great turn five with a Narset Transcendent out giving you to turns. Play-set.

  • Walk the Aeons- One more than Time Warp, but the buyback can get ridiculous. Buyback and Rebound don't play nice, but it is so good that a play-set is needed.

I cannot afford Cryptic Command or Snapcaster Mage, but it would make my deck better.
