I have been trying to make a waste not deck since m15, and haven't had any luck. I have had problem that when the opponent is out of cards in hand the deck comes to a halt . This was my latest idea for the deck with dragons of tarkir coming out. I am looking for any recommendations for making this deck more efficient and be able to win consistently.
