This is just a mono-blue control deck based around Talrand, who I think is very strong. Mostly all low cost cards that can easily flood the field with drakes! Would love some input from others, and no, I cannot afford Snapcasters... I will try and aquire them through trading and such though. I plan on taking this to my local FNM and will update my scores!
