Prototype for talrand under construction

The intention here is to make something interesting with wizards while playing a lot of cheap instants. I haven't checked other talrands decks yet so feel free to criticize my selection.

I'm searching for low cost instants and cheap wizards who will fit nicely in the synergy of the deck.

If you have any recommandations i just made this deck and didn't test it a lot.
