VERY underplayed commander, with my W/L ratio with this specific deck being 11/6. It's a newer deck, so any suggestions are very welcome! Decree of Silence + Solemnity says no to everything, and ETB lands can be made use of over and over again with the commander and other Moonfolk, since back in old Kamigawa days, Moonfolk had this bit where they would bounce lands back to your hand to pull off relatively insane tap-free abilities.
