The idea here is to block and keep the enemy totally tapped out until you can bring out the Stormtide Leviathan and Ghastlord of Fugue . Using the three artifacts Icy Manipulator, Thousand-Year Elixir, and Magewright's Stone with Royal Assassin, once you have many out you should be able to consistantly tap and uptap the permanents needed to keep the opponents board clear of creatures.
