This deck is pretty straight forward, it has one main win condition that is super achievable by turn 4/turn5.

Perfect hand would run like this, Turn 1: Forest and Amulet of VigorTurn 2: Dimir Guildgate and Disciple of DeceitTurn 3: Simic Guildgate, Disciple of Deceit + Presence of Gond and tap for an elf.Turn 4: Untap Disciple of Deceit, discard any card with a CMC of 3 to search for an Intruder Alarm and that's it! Infinite elves!

Other cards have been put in the deck in case you don't draw Disciple of Deceit and/or Presence of Gond. Springleaf Drum and Minister of Impediments will allow you to tap Disciple of Deceit so you can tutor for the other cards. Defenders have been put in to dispel early aggression if you don't draw the all important tutor card. Negate has been put in to counter counter spells if that ever arose and also to stop big scary creatures.
