What happens when both your deck and your graveyard are a card advantage resource? What happens when you can negate the commander tax just by exiling some cards? Find out as Tasigur thrills, chills, mills and kills.

This deck is based around creature recursion and mill. The deck self-mills to get targets for reanimation. It uses loops in reanimation for ETB effects and thins and rebuilds the graveyard to get the most out of Tasigur's activated ability.

The main goals for the deck right now are getting Tasigur down early to hold down the ground until you can cheat into play either Sheoldred, Whispering One , It That Betrays or both.

Right now this is a base deck and I am looking for feedback on what might tighten it up.
