Tasigur deck. The gist is to play off ETB and graveyard fill and recursion as well as using Delve to limit options for spells brought back with Tasigur.

This is basically a deck full of toys and ways to get them back if they go to the grave. It might seem bad when you mill a card you want, but ultimately every card you draw will be either a land or a toy, and using Tasigur, the Golden Fang's ability to force your opponent to choose what toys you get back. You will definitely enjoy the groans of your opponents when you hand them your graveyard to give you a card back from it.

There's also a large compliment of creature graveyard recursion to the battlefield (i.e. Animate Dead) so get your expensive cmc creatures into the graveyard and then cheaply dump them onto the battlefield and enjoy their varied ETB effects.

Stall, control as best you can, put cards in your graveyard (look out for Bojuka Bog and other graveyard hate) and either frustrate your opponents to death or pile lots of mana into Villainous Wealth or Torment of Hailfire.
