Wow I thought Massacre Girl had the same effect as Defile https://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Defile, but I realised it's for EVERY CREATURE THAT DIES. Say you have 5 1/1 creatures on board anything with toughness 5 or less dies (even if they have indestructible). So the game plan is to set up a bunch of 1 and 2 toughness creatures. I rarely attack, keeping your creatures for the combo and blocking (if necessary) is better. Usually having Tesya Karlov, Vindictive Vampire and a few creature is enough to take the game. Card advantage is important to keep in mind, do not trade, let them set up their boards (so they have to topdeck after Massacre Girl ) and don't play important cards if you think you might lose them.

Afterlife + Teysa Karlov : Extra creatures and extra damage. Never trade Ministrant of Obligation , use Orzhov Enforcer to keep them from attacking and trade only if necessary

Footlight Fiend : Extra damage and can help you wipe the board if you're in trouble

Finding your combo pieces: Dusk Legion Zealot , Costly Plunder , Midnight Reaper , by the way, get rid of Midnight Reaper before the combo it's quite easy to kill yourself if you don't.¸

I only run 2 Cruel Celebrant because they die on the second trigger of Massacre Girl , you get more damage with Vindictive Vampire since they live longer.

Matchup: This destroys aggro decks without a lot of removal, they usually spend it on Orzhov Enforcer or Midnight Reaper and they're left to topdeck after Massacre Girl and her menace comes in real handy in those situations. It usually gets destroyed by decks that look at your hand because they don't waste their removal on the wrong cards.
