The Goal of this deck is ideally to force the user to git gud at using instants at opportune moments. It's being built on the shitty foundations laid by the Teferi commander deck.

Ideally it would spend most of its time countering spells and bouncing creatures, but right not it doesn't really have a wincon.

The commander is also subject to change. I haven't really decided what I want from my commander in this deck yet. I'd like to keep it mono-blue, as it is meant for both casual play and training new players on the game and the format.
