I feel that flavor text best fits the theme of my deck. This is a force feed deck through and through.
-The Artifacts and Enchants-
Underworld Dreams serves as the main damage outlet in this deck. 3B mana can be hard to achieve sometimes so Dark Ritual is there to bring it to a head faster and more consistently. Crypt Ghast is in the same boat but with some better late game assistance with all the draw that can be happening. I found it especially helpful against life gain mechanics. Once Underworld Dreams is in play focus on dropping Howling Mine or Teferi's Puzzle Box. Puzzlebox is ESSENTIAL as it causes extra draw and is essentially a timer. Prosperity fits this deck fantastically since it not only allows you to draw up which if great but also forces your opponents to draw as well which only makes things worse for them!
Key thing to keep in mind is per rulings, if you have Mine out and Puzzlebox, both abilities go on the stack after the first card is drawn for the turn. Since they both go on the stack at the same time you choose how they resolve. You want Howling Mine to kick before Puzzlebox for most damage possible!
Use Spellbook to keep your hand safe and feed Psychosis Crawler if need be or just as a fail safe if mana production comes slow. Jace's Erasure may seem like an odd addition but I'm a fan of multiple win conditions based on the same mechanic, so when this deck is kicking with all the draw happening you have a secondary clock ticking away and providing even less answers to this deck.
-The Creatures-
Use Crypt Ghast to get the mana flowing as quick as possible. Psychosis Crawler is great as now you can hit on the opponents turn with Dreams and now on your draw step too! Why waste a good draw step? Fate Unraveler adds extra damage on to the stack and also is a decent blocker for the price.
-Planeswalker-
Yes I threw Jace, Memory Adept in the deck because if you have having some sort of issues getting it done, he has a 3 turn double tap head shot that should end any confusion about what's what. I've only had to use that ability once, but when I needed it, it was there.
The deck is Legacy/Casual only due to Rit being in the deck but unfortunately the deck just doesn't work without it. Any help or suggestions are always welcome! Thanks for reading.
