Sideboard

First try at a tempo deck. At least, I think that's what it is.

Early game: preempting and counterspells. Duress and Thoughtseize to keep threats from even getting to the stack. Main board has an even split between Essence Scatter and Negate to be sided out as necessary in games two and three against creature- or spell-heavy decks. Hero's Downfall and Disperse take care of anything that hits the board before I can get the Agent of the Fates set up. Disperse can also be used to save the Agent in a pinch and still trigger his heroic ability.

Turn three Agent of the Fates . Turn four, enchant him with Aqueous Form and target him twice with Hidden Strings. Turn five, swing and do it again. If anything has managed to make it to the opponent's board, having to sacrifice five creatures by turn five should take care of it. From this point, keep mana open for counterspells as my opponent tries to take out the Agent.

Plenty of scrying capability: Temple of Deceit , Thassa, God of the Sea, Dissolve, Aqueous Form. Triton Fortune Hunter can be targeted by Hidden Strings to keep my hand full of counterspells when I don't need to target the Agent.

Keep my opponent locked down and whittle them away with unblockable creatures.
