An aristocrat-style EDH deck with Teysa Karlov as the Commander. Includes a few different cards as 'win conditions', and I really enjoy playing this. There are a few ways to initiate an infinite combo, if you can get the engine built right.

To go infinite, you need a few things. You need a Sacrifice Engine, allowing you to sacrifice creatures at instant speed for free. You need a way to constantly sacrifice once you have the sac engine, whether it be continuous revivals, constant token creation, or whatever. Finally, you need something to take advantage of the triggers, otherwise, the combo is useless. That last one could be included in either of the first two requirements. For the combos, I'll start with naming the combo card(s) that allow continuous tokens or death triggers.

Card Combos

1- Darkest Hour + Teysa, Orzhov Scion This combo makes all creatures black with Darkest Hour . From there, thanks to Teysa, Orzhov Scion every creature you control that dies makes a 1/1, that when it dies, makes a 1/1, going infinitely. All you need with this is any other creature to sacrifice to start the engine.

2- Karmic Guide + Reveillark These two cards combo together, constantly reviving one another as long as you keep killing them. Karmic Guide revives Reveillark on entry, then when it dies, the second card should be killed, reviving the first card. In turn, it revives the second card now in the graveyard. Repeat for infinity. This combo requires no other creature for the chain to work.

3- Divine Visitation + Requiem Angel This is fairly straightforward. Requiem Angel forces each non-spirit creature death on your side to make a 1/1 spirit, but Divine Visitation instead creates a 4/4 Angel, which isn't a spirit. Sacrifice the new angel, which makes another, going on forever. Like the first combo, this requires some other creature to die in order to initiate the combo.

4- Cathodion + Nim Deathmantle + Teysa Karlov This combo require three pieces, but generates both infinite colorless mana AND infinite death triggers. With Teysa Karlov on the field, all death triggers are doubled. Sacrifice Cathodion and generate 6 colorless mana. Use 4 of it to return it to the battlefield, equipped with Nim Deathmantle . This leave 2 colorless mana floating. Rinse and repeat. Like the second combo, this requires no other creatures, just the three cards mentioned.

5- Pitiless Plunderer + Reassembling Skeleton + Teysa Karlov . Teysa Karlov doubles all death triggers, while each creature's death makes two treasure tokens thanks to Pitiless Plunderer and the doubling of triggers. Sacrifice Reassembling Skeleton to one of the sac outlets to make two treasures. Use both treasures to return it to play. Repeat for infinity, utilizing something to make the deaths and re-entries mean something and win.

Sacrifice Outlets

Altar of Dementia which not only allows the sacrifices to occur, but doubles as a win condition with the combos, as it will mill every opponent out.

Blasting Station does not provide infinite sacrifices per say, but does sacrifice many creatures while dishing out a ton of damage. With the named combos it goes infinite to kill all opponents unless they protect themselves, thanks to the creature sac leading to an entry to untap it. There can be problems with the 2nd combo, but works perfectly with everything else.

Ashnod's Altar provides infinite sacrifices and infinite colorless mana. While this, alone, cannot kill opponents or win the game, it can lead to a win if you utilize the mana correctly.

Viscera Seer doesn't really provide too much, other than infinite Scry 1 triggers, but does function well enough to provide free sacrifices.

Yahenni, Undying Partisan , just like Viscera Seer, does not provide the power to win you the game, but he does gain invincibility until "the end of the turn" out of it, and provide a sac outlet.

Making the death mean something...

If you can go infinite with a combo and a sac outlet, but can't win from that alone, there are a few options. Pitiless Plunderer can be utilized to generate infinite treasures, which can be used for other things.

Cruel Celebrant and Blood Artist can both, individually, drain your opponents of all of their life, killing them.

Can't kill with those? Try these.

Debt to the Deathless to drain everyone's life and kill them as long as you have enough mana. (Infinite mana generation or treasures from Pitiless Plunderer can be used, here.)

Bitter Ordeal can be used to exile all opponent's libraries. (You'll need infinite death triggers to do this. Otherwise, with enough deaths, you can exile all cards that could cause issues and shut them out.)

Revel in Riches is a win-con that can be achieved fairly easily through forced opponent sacs, or treasure generation with Pitiless Plunderer and/or Smothering Tithe .

Bolas's Citadel isn't really a win-con per say, but the ability to sac ten permanents to deal 10 damage to opponents can be easily used several turns in a row to do a ton of damage. There's a lot of token generation in this deck, after all. Not only that, but utilizing it correctly can dig to a win-con or infinite combo fairly easily.

Kokusho, the Evening Star + Nim Deathmantle can function as a kill combo, given enough mana. Especially with Teysa Karlov on the field to double that damage. Kokusho, the Evening Star dies with Teysa out, draining 10 life from each opponent. Pay only 4 mana with Nim Deathmantle to do it again. 16 mana used this way deals 40 to each opponent. Pretty good damage...

Approach of the Second Sun can often help win a game, or at least send your opponents scrambling to deal with it. Combining it with the effects of Smothering Abomination and a sac-outlet can help you draw into it, real quick. Or, save up Jar of Eyeballs and activate it to dig through your deck to grab it for the second time. Not to mention the aforementioned Bolas's Citadel to dig down to it really quick.

And with that, you have most if not all of the combos in this deck and how to utilize them. Other cards exist to help save your board, stop opponents, revive combo pieces, or other such things. You can still kill people without going infinite, as I have on many occasions, but infinite combos do still work well here.

Seeing as this if my favorite deck, you may or may not have noticed that I've foiled out a large portion of the deck, making it both more expensive and more beautiful. This deck can be made for a much lower price, especially if different budget-friendly cards are used instead. Honestly, Teysa Karlov is a pretty powerful commander.
