The General Idea

Like most others i find her deatharmoicon effect to be what makes her shine the most, but thougt it sad that it is the only focus in most decks, not using the full effect of her second static ability. Therefore i went with a more token based strategy, that uses both of her passive abilitys efficiently. Im not a very seasoned deckbuilder so if you have any oppinions on the deck, or any good ideas, i would love to hear them.

Tokens

The basic idea is to generate tokens that can attack to damage my opponents life total, and then make use of the deaths, either through dying naturally to a block or via sacrificing, by draining my opponents life with cards like Blood Artist or Falkenrath Noble .

Drain

The use of cards with drain effects from death triggers. is what I'm aiming for to use in the long run. Since the triggers are doubled by Teysa Karlov 's ability I don't think you need too many in order to win. I have also opted not to use wipes like Merciless Eviction in order to get the most out of cards like Blood Artist and Falkenrath Noble . However i know the potential of Eviction, and may put it in if i find it advantageous.

Draw

My greatest concern with the deck, is that it will fail due to lack of draw. Considering that cards like Midnight Reaper , Grim Haruspex and Harvester of Souls doesn't trigger on tokens, which is the central strategy of the deck, it might fail due to that. There is still a lot of nontoken creatures that will die and trigger the carddraw, but i fear that it won't be enough.

Recursion

There isn't a lot of recursion in the deck, and I think it could have more. I havent tried it yet, but I find Demon of Dark Schemes to be very interesting. The death trigger will be amplified by my commander, it wipes away smaller creatures, and it can resurrect creatures from all graveyards for a cheap cost. It also has flying. Mimic Vat has the upside of always having a creature on it, and can switch when you find something better, and can be resaced for extra value. It also counts towards Teysas second passive.
