This is an updated version of one of the first decks I built. It is a red-green aggressive/midrange deck centered around Ruric Thar, the Unbowed. I use ramp cards like Zhur-Taa Druid and Satyr Hedonist to cast a Zhur-Taa Ancient on turn 3, and use him to cheat out fatties like Ruric Thar and Borborygmos Enraged. Then I flood the field with 3-5 drop monstrous creatures like Stoneshock Giant and Polis Crusher that cost half the mana to both cast and monstrous than they typically do. This forces opponents to choose between getting pummeled by the big boys or killing themselves with their own removal spells. It has playtested well so far against everything except hyperaggressive red decks. Any feedback is appreciated.
