Thassa so loved the Merfolk that she gave them abilities to aid each other, unlike all the other creatures of the multiverse.

Use Master of the Pearl Trident + Lord of Atlantis + Merrow Reejerey and maybe Coralhelm Commander to buff your creatures.

Cursecatcher and Spell Pierce to slow down any non-creature spells from coming in early game.

Master of Waves a great way to flood the field in your favor. And using Phantasmal Image to make more tokens and to continue to buff them is great way to force your opponent in a corner.

Silvergill Adept and Thassa, God of the Sea are good ways to turn your deck over quick to get to the cards you really need.

Spreading Seas stacked with the island walk great damage source, draw freature a bonus and a good way to slow down those popular Jund decks. And a great way to mess up Tron.
