Awe-inspiring. A good deck to play.For those wondering about my changes to the original formula (i.e Snapcaster Mage, Mainboarded Izzet Staticaster) I don't have the money or incentive to get Mages when the deck can run fine without them. Staticasters are there because Aristocrats is prominent in my meta, and there's no solution otherwise to Lingering Souls in Grixis colors. It can also profitably block most aggressive creatures.

The deck runs like this:

Try to gain as much time as possible and drop a few bombs. Against control, your mission is to block their Sphinx's Revs, because nothing in your deck gets that much card advantage. Notion Thief stops the draw, Skullcrack stops lifegain. Against aggro, plan A. You have the tools. Midrange is scary, but a few well-placed Magmaquakes should put the board in your favor.

Suggestions should be kept to post inistrad and M13.
