I know the title of the deck is "That's Ratty" but the deck is centered around both Pack Rat and Lingering Souls. And I'm pretty sure this is an original idea.. I've never seen it before haha.

Main Deck:

Basically you have one drops like Doomed Traveler and Typhoid Rats for first turn.

Turn 2, you can play Pack Rat. Depending on if you played Typhoid Rats it has some survivability as a 2/2.

Turn 3, you can discard Lingering Souls to create a Pack Rat copy. (And that's the point!)

Turn 4, play: Intangible Virtue or Altar's Reap and flashback Lingering Souls, or you can drop Sorin, Lord of Innistrad to start creating vampire tokens.

After that, you can buff up your tokens with Intangible Virtue and Sorin's -2. Geist-Honored Monk comes into play as a bomb. You can use Vault of the Archangel to gain life, as well as the vampire tokens.

I added some removal cards, defensive cards, and drawing power... I don't know much else to put in my sideboard..
