Me and my best bud came up with this deck idea. It won plenty of games in its day and turned many heads. Once it gained over 150 life in a game. (i think there were 3 Gnaw to the Bone at the time)

The deck mills itself througout the game in order to play Ghoultree for cheap and make the Splinterfright big. Once they are on the board and ready Artful Dodge makes taking down their life bar and easy feat.

Secondly milling yourself out quick is a good possibility with the use of mirrormad phantasm and other mill generators. That is why 2 copies of Laboratory Maniac are in here along with Think Twice and Memory's Journey . once your completely out of a library, prior to drawing you use Memory's Journey to put the maniacs and think time back in your deck. Removal is a big part of magic and chances are your opponent will have some.

Answer: if you are worried about removal, then put both maniacs and your think twice in the deck for 2 chances at both cards. For fast wins only put one maniac in your deck, then in main phase one of your next turn play him with 0 cards in your library. WARNING: do not attempt to win with the Think Twice draw at this point unless you are totally sure your opponent has no responses. I advise waiting to use Think Twice in response to them trying to kill your maniac. They will be forced to make the first move prior to your next turn's draw, and in magic that is bad for them since the first person to cast their spell is the last one to resolve.
