And who better epitomises the nature of sultai politics than Edmund Blackadder?

This feels a lot like general goodstuff at the moment, so I'm open to reasonable suggestions about how to streamline the deck -- I haven't gone for many Windfall effects out of fear of decking myself out and I refuse to win via LabMan, there's no honour in it!! Plus once you do it, other players tend to see it coming from a mile away.
