Don't even bother trying to respond. Once it starts, it's not stopping. This is the Blistercoil.
This deck uses the combo of Blistercoil Weird + Paradise Mantle
to tear through a deck full of cantrips and draw spells. It's a fairly simple deck, not a whole lot of thinking necessary. Once it happens, it happens.
Blistercoil Weird and Grapeshot - the win-cons. Blistercoil's combination with Paradise Mantle allows for infinite cantrips/card draw, which fuels either of these. If you're having trouble getting through with the weird, sideboard in some Delve-based removal.
Cerulean Wisps, Gitaxian Probe and Manamorphose are key cards in this deck as they enable you to get ahead on mana, enough to cast two-cost spells.
Since there are many cards we don't want to run into while trying to build up our storm count (namely, Blistercoil Weird, Paradise Mantle, and lands), Faithless Looting is another crucial card. While Ponder can shuffle away problems, Looting can get them out of your library permanently, and can be flashed back to do it again. And even though you're down a card after using it, Ideas Unbound can bolster your hand size. That said, even if you don't happen upon a Faithless Looting, you can still get rid of junk from your hand. Just Brainstorm, put what you don't want on top, and scry it away using Preordain and Opt.
