I took a too slow black/blue mill deck and added green to speed things up.

The walls are what make this deck work. Any creature can be killed or exiled with two or three mana spells, but walls are hard to take down with minus counters and burn spells. The Axebane Guardian can drop a few mana by itself, and becomes a welcome target for Abrupt Decay or other removal spells, keeping Wall of Ice or Hover Barrier on the field. The high defense walls can mill almost any deck out in two turns with Phenax, God of Deception. When Consuming Aberration is on the field as well, it can be a fast mill victory.

Everything that isn't mill is in this deck is there to speed things up or slow your opponent down.
