No Pain, No Gain. Combo off creature sacrifice and keep them coming back.

Bloodthrone Vampire/Nantuko Husk can multi-sac Gravecrawler and swing big, chomp on Geralf's Messenger, help activate Tragic Slip, etc..Victim of Night serves as an alternative efficient and reliable kill card. There isn't anything Blood Artist doesn't combo with - but he just chills in the back. Skirsdag High Priest makes 5/5 Demons easily, while Pawn of Ulamog adds extra mana/creatures that can be tapped, sac'd - or both.

2 draw mechanics - slow and painful, quick and easy. Dark Prophecy is reliable because I decide when my creature die, damnit. Disciple of Bolas can drop after combat - sacrificing something big, pumped, or holding Lashwrithe for huge life gain and draw. Lashwrithe is scary on its own, good with board wipes, and can be sac'd before equipped if needed.

Mutilate and Killing Wave simply turn games around or can finish them (with Artist). I take the hit much easier- often benefit from it. Immortal Servitude/Liliana Vess recovers an army of creatures -recycling any immediate sacrifice combos. Undying Evil is useful to replay Disciple of Bolas or save Blood Artist/Pawn of Ulamog.

Updates Add

since a chunk of the deck rotated out of block, I decided to go Modern with as much low-cost sacrifice synergy I can get.
