this is the first control deck I've ever made any thoughts or suggestions are highly appreciated!breakdown:

AEtherling a win condition in itself. As long as you play him right your opponent can't touch him

Blood Baron of Vizkopa not much that can get rid of him plus lifelink and a possible +6/+6 flying, win condition 2 established

Elspeth, Sun's Champion once she hits the board you have an army. Dissolve will bounce anything like Hero's Downfall or Dreadbore that tries to cause problems. Other than that, once she ult.s you win.

Jace, Architect of Thought mostly there for card draw, he'll help you get to your win conditions and pose as a distraction to your opponent

Supreme Verdict good to have turn 4

Side Board

Extra Blood Baron of Vizkopa and AEtherling can't hurt

Devour Flesh if Doom Blade isn't working, debating between Devour or Celestial Flare

Jace, Memory Adept for the mirror

Gainsay Always good against monoblue
