_INTRODUCTION

 This deck is based around ya boi HYPNO TOAD aka The Gitrog Monster. He is a great golgari commander who is the true lands matter king. The main premise of the deck is to play a lot of lands to be ahead of all of your opponents, then play the toad and sacrifice lands to draw you deck until you get your combo pieces in which I will explain below.



                                          __WICCONS/STRATEGY__


 So the wincon is pretty easy and one many have wrote about and perfected. Just use gitrog, dakmor salvage, and any discard outlet(the best one is Skirge Familar) to draw your whole deck and generate infinite mana either with skirge or lotus petal, then play a burn spell for leathly. The way you don't deck yourself out is with kozilek and ulamog so you can shuffle the grave into the deck. It doesn't matter if they counter your wincon because you can just play it again. the combo is hard to explain in person and takes a hell of long time to actually do but most people will understand how it works and give you the win. In a 1v1 scenario yes your combo is still the major wincon however, you can flirt with the idea of just land destructing your opponent. so imagine a turn 1 forest into sol ring. Then on turn 2 play strip mine and crucible of worlds. Lastly on turn three play Azusa and just destroy all of their lands every single turn.


                                            __CARD CHOICES__


 So for card selection and the cards I have access to this is the brew that I came up with. So that is why verdant catatcombs isn't in the deck, I of course know its a staple hah. That being said most people don't have the means to drop 300 on a bayou or 1000 on a bazaar of bagdad but, if you do good on ya. so I made the deck as fast as I could make it to hopefully get the toad and hopefully dakmor by turn 4. So that being said that is why there is tutors and green ramp rather then artifact ramp. I tried to keep the curve low because the whole deck if just built for the combo as you see I don't run alternative wincons like avenger of zendikar because it doesn't go with the combo. Another key note is I don't run all of the discard outlets that golgari provides. I feel the ones I have in the deck make it run efficiently and provides me to put other cards in like more utility lands.
