This has to be one of the most effective decks in standard for under $40

Want a hundred deathtouch creatures? Buff your opponent's creature with Titanic Growth and then make him fight your Hornet Nest using Savage Punch !

Have a need for an indestructible 5/5 creature? Attach these two to each other! Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact ! Or go for the flying 5/5 with Ornithopter!

Controlling the game with all of your counterspells? Be a huge pain in the ass with Perplexing Chimera and wait for them to play something good!(Perplexing Chimera moved to sideboard in favor of Soul of New Phyrexia for one more mana... I need to playtest to see which is more reliable)

Have you always viewed AEtherspouts as lack-luster because it only delays the inevitable? Use AEtherspouts + Mind Sculpt to get rid of all their pesky creatures for good.

Finally, Mill and gain life at the same time with Mind Sculpt + Profane Memento

I think I did a good job with providing alot of targets for Ensoul Artifact having a total of 10 that cost 1 mana or less.

I just made this deck up in my head and so far, in my imagination, it beats everything else out there!
