It's a relatively simple control / combo deck, where the early game consists of obtaining a stranglehold on the board via stax pieces and resource ramp (a la Smothering Tithe / Rhystic Study), and counterspells for anything which disrupts your resources. Late game we put the lock in place with Lavinia + Knowledge Pool and then win with Azor's Elocutors. It has proven surprisingly effective.
